Can I host a website that isn’t WordPress?
Yes. You can host PHP websites and applications with MySQL databases, and plain HTML sites. If you’re not sure your site will work, send us the details and we’ll tell you.
Is email included?
Yes. Starter includes 5 email accounts, Business 25 and Pro 50, all at your own domain.
Where is my website hosted?
On servers in Québec, Canada. Website files, databases and hosting backups remain on Canadian infrastructure.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. If you need more websites or storage, you can move to a bigger plan. Your websites stay where they are.
Do I need a domain first?
No. You can register a new domain with us, transfer one you already own, or keep it where it is and point it to us.
What is the difference with Managed Hosting?
With web hosting, we run the server and you manage your website. With Managed Hosting, we also take care of the website itself: tested updates, fixing problems and small changes.
