Which currency will I pay in?
Customers in Canada pay in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Customers in the US and other countries pay in US dollars.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free compared to paying monthly.
Can you move my existing website?
Yes, migration is included with every plan. We move your website and database, and email where possible, test everything on our servers, then switch your domain with little or no downtime.
Where is my website hosted?
On servers in Québec, Canada. Website files, databases and hosting backups remain on Canadian infrastructure. Backups run every 6 hours and are kept for 3 months.
What is the difference between Safe Updates and Managed?
Safe Updates keeps your site updated: we update WordPress, plugins and themes, test before going live, and fix anything an update breaks. Managed means we take care of the whole website, including fixing other problems and small changes.
