Your website files and databases are on servers in Québec. Backups are kept in two places, our data centre near Montréal and Toronto, for disaster recovery. On request, we give you a document that states where your data is located.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Customers in Canada pay in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Customers in the US and other countries pay in US dollars.
What if my website outgrows its plan?
Ask us and we move you to a bigger plan. Your website stays on the same servers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every hosting plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Domain registrations can’t be refunded.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly, yearly or every 2 years, and you can cancel from your client portal anytime. Cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
